Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Shirts must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with no odors, marks or pet hair.

To start a return, email hello@ancora619.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions. Return postage is paid by you unless the shirt arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

A $5.00 handling fee is deducted from every refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Need a different size? Return the shirt as above and place a new order in the right size. Every shirt is made just for you, so we can't swap sizes from stock.

If your shirt arrived damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo. We send a free replacement. Please return the original shirt; we cover the return postage and no handling fee is charged.

Cancellations: email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your shirt is already in production.
